I walk in Your faithfulness

O LORD your steadfast love is before my eyes, and I walk in your faithfulness. 1

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. 2 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. 3

You will not restrain your mercy from me; your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me! 4 For you have delivered my soul from death, yes, my feet from falling, that I may walk in the light of life. 5

When I thought, “My foot slips,” your steadfast love, O LORD, held me up. 6 You gave a wide place for my steps under me, and my feet did not slip. 7

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. 8 Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it. 9 

Preserve me from violent men, who have planned to trip up my feet. 10 Keep steady my steps according to your promise. 11
